Needle - Magazine of Noir is a tri-annual publication featuring tales of murder and mayhem.

Lots of big names in there, as well as prior issues. Someday, I'll get up the balls to submit something, but don't think I'm ready yet. Going to get me a copy, to start doing some recon.
