SOUTHERN FRIED FICTION

SOUTHERN  FRIED  FICTION is a new ezine  who are open for submissions.

They say that they 'publish short fiction -- 500 to 2,500 words. Good stuff, with a southern flair. Like Budweiser, fried chicken, or Holly Hunter in that movie where she's good lookin. If you'd like to see your southern fiction here, send an email over to ellislacroix AT gmail DOT com'.

I've already read one cracking story from  David Henecker, so have a gander.

And, that's the South of the USA, BTW, where AJ Hayes and the Dukes Of Hazard come from and not the South of England where the likes of  Martin Amis, Richard Godwin, Ian Ayris and Al Griffiths sit eating sushi sarnies and drinking half pints of champagne. Or something.

Wish I knew the lay of the land well enough to pull it off. We'll see.

Thanks for letting us know about this Paul. Sushi sarnies, how about a pork pie and a Guinness?

It looks pretty damn good if what I've read so far is anything to go by.

I like their stuff. If I was capable representing the American South in even a halfway respectable fashion, I would send them something!
