POWDER BURN FLASH was the first crime ezine that I ever read, thanks to Keith Rawson when I stumbled into him over at the long discarded My Space. That was about two years ago. I thought it was great and printed off loads of stories that were published there. It inspired me to write, it really did.And a couple of months later, Aldo Calcagno, the splendid editor, was kind enough to publish one of my first stories, In The Dog House. I was well chuffed, I can tell you.
POWDER BURN FLASH! is a great zine and it's back after a short break with a beaut of a story from Richard Prosch, who recently had a cracking story at Beat To A Pulp.
And there's more. If you look in the right hand column you will see a link to get the POWDER BURN FLASH ebook Volume One!
It's a fab and groovy collection of the first few stories posted at PBF, back in the old days. There are stories from Patti Abbott, Ed Lynskey, Claire Dickson, Glenn Grey, Sandra Seamans and MORE!
POWDER BURN FLASH's sister ezine DARKEST BEFORE THE DAWN is also back with a blinding story from Matthew McBride.
And here's an interview that I did with Aldo a bit back.
GET STUCK IN THERE!

POWDER BURN FLASH is a top zine and was one of the first to publish a story of mine. What a great idea with the eBook!
