This looks like a cracking issue with lots of my favourite writers. So far, I've only read Cameron Ashley's fantastic "Blood and Bone in Bambooland," but the line up also includes Frankie Bill, Kieran Shea, Dennis Tafoya and more so it can't be bad.

Lee, Frank Bill is a brilliant writer. He has a novel out this year which looks like it's going to be a cracker. Nice bloke, too.
Cameron, it's a gem of a story. Loads of great lines in it - as lee pointed out -and a Russ meyer reference is always appreciated!
